Terms and conditions

 

  1. Pamper Treats vouchers are valid for use until the date specified on your individual voucher, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday periods and special event days.
  2. Your voucher entitles you to one of the following Pamper Treats offers: one free selected beauty treatment at/with a beauty salon/therapist; a free session , a free hour consultation and 2 hours training for the price of 1, or a free hour consultation and session with a participating personal trainer; one free day at a participating gym/health club; one free yoga/pilates class at a participating venue; one free Shiatsu session with a participating practitioner; one free introductory Tai Chi lesson; buy one reflexology treatment get the second free; the first free introductory telephone session to the 'How to Eat' course with a Nutrition Coach (standard landline rates apply) or a one hour free telephone Life Coaching session with a Life Coach (standard landline rates apply). There may be an alternative offer at some venues/with some specialists, clearly specified in the listing.
  3. All Pamper Treats are subject to availability. Prices of any treatments or sessions in the Pamper Treats offer vary. Please contact venues/specialists direct for details.
  4. Where venues offer more than one treatment or offer, voucher holders can only select one treatment or offer.
  5. Nutrition and Life Coaches cannot provide clinical session and do not address specific health conditions. Nutrition Coaches provide dietary advice only.
  6. Prior to using your voucher, always contact your chosen venue/specialist at least two weeks in advance to check availability, any restrictions that may apply and to make your booking. Please note nutritional therapists are face to face appointments.
  7. To book with a Nutrition or Life Coach you must call 0845 050 2442 (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, 5p per min from a BT landline, other networks may vary). You will then be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a time for your session, you will be given the phone number of your allocated coach and the address to send your voucher to.  You must then post your voucher to arrive before your allocated session time. Then simply call your coach at the agreed appointment time for your session (standard landline rates apply). If either the coach has not received your voucher, or you do not call at the allocated session time then you will lose the offer.
  8. Only one voucher may be used per visit/session.
  9. Some activities may require a certain level of fitness or ability. If you are suffering from any medical conditions or injury, consult your doctor before participating. You may be required to complete a health form.
  10. Standard terms and conditions of all participating venues and specialists apply and are available on request from the venue/specialist direct. Age and other restrictions may apply, please check prior to your session.
  11. Each venue/specialist has confirmed its willingness to honour the Pamper Treats offer. The promoter and CPP Travel Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any venues/specialists declining acceptance of a voucher for reasons of their own, nor can they be held responsible should any participating venue/specialist cease to trade.
  12. Individual venues/specialists retain the right to vary prices and availability. Contact venues/specialists direct for details of opening times.
  13. The promoter and CPP Travel Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of participating venues/specialists. Any dispute must be settled direct with the venue/specialist concerned.
  14. The promoter and CPP Travel Services Ltd shall accept no liability for personal loss or injury at/with a participating venue/specialist, as far as permitted by law.
  15. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
  16. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described.
  17. Vouchers may be used once only and only original vouchers will be accepted. Vouchers must be handed in on arrival at your chosen session. All Pamper Treats are subject to availability.
